This course is aimed at non-IT people as well and IT people that would like to understand DevOps in more detail.
DevOps is not about tools, DevOps does not have a single process, DevOps is a culture shift for the organization, executes, leaders within your organization, and how your business, IT development teams and your IT operations team can work closer together.
